Near Mint State; attractive rose-toned lustre. Very Rare; struck to produce a proof of the 4th portrait type Guinea designed by Thomas Pingo and given as a presentation piece to a handful of VIPs, most of which now belong to public institutions.
Acquired from Stanley Gibbons (Guernsey) Limited, prior to 2017 (£8,750).
