Commodus Caesar 166 – 177 Sestertius circa 177, Æ 35.7mm., 30.25g. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust r. Rev. M. Aurelius and Commodus seated l. on platform; behind them, officer standing l., holding sceptre (?). In front, Liberalitas standing l., holding abacus and cornucopiae; below, citizen standing r. on steps, holding out fold of toga in both hands. C 295. RIC M. Aurelius 1559.

Very rare, nice green patina, some scratches on obv., and minor corrosions, otherwise Very Fine.
