Henry VI first reign (1422-61), Halfgroats (3), Annulet issue, Tower, 1.79g, 2h, m.m. pierced cross (on obv. only), reads angl', crowned bust facing, annulets by neck, in double-tressure of eleven arcs, rev. additional annulet in second and third quarters (N.1428; S.1839), fair to fine; another, 1.81g, 7h, m.m. pierced cross (on obv. only), as last, except 9 arcs to tressure (Whitton 7; N.1428; S.1839) some peripheral softness, otherwise toned, good fine; lastly, 1.50g, 11h, m.m. plain cross, as last (N.1428; S.1839), some creasing, fair to fine (3).
