Edward IV first reign (1461-70), Groat, Light Coinage, Tower, type Vb2, 2.55g, 10h, m.m. large rose/smaller rose, quatrefoils by neck, fleurs on cusps and breast, rev. saltire stops (Blunt & Whitton Vb(2) - refers specifically to this coin, and pp.154 for discussion on whether a contemporary forgery; BNJ 1945-48, pl. XXV; NumChron [1909], pp. 64, no. 5 and pl. XI, no. 2 this coin; N.1565; S.1998), a handsome coin on a full flan, good fine with a solid pedigree.
