Edward IV, second reign (1471-83), Halfgroat, type XVI, Tower, 1.29g, 2h, m.m. cross-in-circle [37], no stops either side, reads dei and fran, crowned bust with flowing hair in double-tressure of 9 arches, trefoils on cusps, rev. long cross and pellets (DIG 10/6; N.1634; Stewartby III, 1424[b]; S.2103), on a fuller flan, fair to almost fine, scarce.
