William III (1694-1702), 'Fine Work' Two-Guineas, 1701, laureate head right, no stop after gra, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-tipped ornamental sceptres in angles, 6h (Schneider II, 482; MCE 173; S.3457), the fields subsequently dipped creating artificial portrait cameoing, otherwise truly struck-up for type, and thus strictly a bold very fine.
