Victoria (1837-1901), Proof 'Gothic' Crown, 1847, by W Wyon, 'Gothic' bust left, rev. en médaille, crowned shields cruciform, national emblems in angles, m over inverted m in dom, edge plain, 28.07g (ESC 2578 (291B) [R2]; S.3883), light hairlines and the odd contact mark in otherwise brilliant fields, with a trace of tone to periphery, extremely fine, the reverse better, rare.
