Henry IV (1399-1413), Groat, Light Coinage, Tower, type I, from altered dies of Richard II, 3.51g, 7h, m.m. cross pattée (both sides), reads anglie, pellet to left and annulet to right of crown, trefoil on breast, all in double-tressure of 9 arches, trefoils on cusps, rev. nothing after posvi, double saltire stops in outer legend (Potter I-1/I-1; BNJ X, no. 131; N.1358; S.1726), chipped in three places otherwise sharply struck-up for issue, near very fine, extremely rare.
