THESSALY, The Perrhaebi, (480-400 B.C.), silver trihemiobol, (1.07 g), obv. horseman walking to left, wearing kausia and chlamys and carrying two spears, with dotted outer border, rev. Athene or Thetis seated to left on chair with back, clad in long chiton and himation, holding helmet, around E **[P]* / P A (letters reversed or on side), all within later style incuse square, (S.2170, BMC 2-3, Weber 2888, SNG Cop. 193-4); together with a cast copy (6.72 g), of a stater of Thasos, obv. naked ithyphallic Satyr (classical style) in kneeling running attitude carrying off nymph raising hand in protest, rev. quadripartite incuse square. Fine, second coin a cast copy. (2)
