EUBOIA, Chalkis, (338-308 B.C.), silver drachm, (3.59 g), obv. head of Hera to right, with hair rolled, rev. eagle flying to right carrying snake in talons and beak, (cf.S.2482, Picard Emission 3, cf.Lanz BCD Sale Catalogue 111, [lot 122], SNG Cop. -); Peloponnesos, Sikyonia, Sikyon, (330/320-280's B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.79 g), obv. chimaera to left, **SI* below, on ground line with right foreleg raised high, rev. dove flying to left, I over tail, (cf.S.2774, BCD 288.3 [LHS 96], BMC 114-117) (illustrated); Mysia, Pergamon, (330-284 B.C.), silver diobol, (1.35 g), obv. head of young Herakles to right, clad in lion skin, rev. cultus-statue of Athena facing, brandishing spear and holding a shield, from which hangs a fillet, to left traces of **PERGAM*, (S.3942, BMC 9-10 [p.111]).
