PELOPONNESOS, Argolis, Argos, silver triobol, (480's - 460's B.C.), (2.89g), obv. forepart of wolf to left, legs parallel to body, four dots at back of neck, rev. A, cross bar horizontal, in shallow incuse square, in upper part two relatively shallow square incuses in the upper part, one dot below the crossbar, (cf.S.2786, BCD 1016. [p.253, LHS 96], Traite I, 1200 variety, BMC 9 variety [p.136]). Good fine and rare.
