This scarce example is tied for the second finest grade in the PMG Population Report, with none registered above the Very Fine level. Printed by Thomas De La Rue, the face features the blue vignette of the landing of Columbus at left and the coat of arms at center. A central vignette of a mountain with sailing ship highlights the back. The horizontal bar is seen with the prefix A/11 (this bar was removed in later issues starting with prefix A/25).
