Created for the 100th anniversary of the Augsburg Confession, this double ducat issue is struck on a slightly wavy flan (a feature that appears to be relatively common for the type) and displays a boldness and quality of detail so as to appear essentially Mint State. Highly attractive and a near-perfect substitute for similar examples certified in higher (and consequently more expensive) grades. Sold with old collector's tag.
