Edward VII gold 5 Pounds 1902 MS61 NGC, KM807, S-3965. Of the approximately 35,000 pieces minted of this one-year type, 27,000 were melted, resulting in a deceivingly scarce issue. Speckled contact marks dot the surface, but this piece is quite solid for the grade with plenty of luster in the fields.
