Iran Bank Melli 10,000 Rials ND (1938) / AH1317 Pick 38Cs Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. This stunning Specimen was prepared for the highest denomination of the Farsi series of 1938. However, this enormous denomination was never issued, as its spending power was ultimately too high to be useful in most transactions.
