Australia Australia Reserve Bank 10 Dollars ND (1990-91) Pick 45gx R312 Sequencing Error PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ; Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. The last signature variety of Bernard William Fraser and Anthony Stuart Cole are seen on the first of these consecutively numbered pieces, thus an undated 1991 note. The second features Fraser and Christopher Ian Higgins. Higgins served as Treasurer for just over one year, from September of 1989 until his premature death in December of 1990 (aged 47). This signature combination reverts back to the previous emission released in 1990.
