Kushan Empire, Kanishka I AV Quarter Dinar. Main mint in Baktria (Balkh?), circa AD 127-152. Early phase. Kanishka standing left, holding goad and sceptre, sacrificing over altar to left; flame at shoulder / Siva standing left, pouring water from flask and holding vajra (thunderbolt), trident, and he-goat; tamgha to left. Göbl, MK 51 (O21/R20; unlisted die combination); ANS Kushan 373; Donum Burns 125. 2.08g, 13mm, 12h.

About Good Very Fine; ex jewellery, with a cylindrical tube attached horizontally to the upper reverse side to aid hanging as a pendant. Very Rare, only three examples on CoinArchives.
