Hallmarks: on the front side of the sign below the ends of the wreath ribbon on the left is a sample of metal "84" with the city hallmark of St. Petersburg; on the right is the nameplate "EC"; on the nut - the urban stigma of St. Petersburg. Silver. Patrikeev; Boynovich. 1.3 # 1.1.35. Approved on February 11 1871. A rather rare early version. Since February 15. 1897 the right to wear the mark was assigned only to a doctor who has the title of a doctor.
