Emanating mostly from France, this lot focuses a great deal on some of the figures surrounding the war effort, one of the most important being Marechal Foch, the supreme allied commander during World Warl I. Also included are a few issues from Belgium, and a die trial for the three men on the allied side at the outset, King George V, President Poincare, and Czar Nicholas II.
