R/ Rome and Constantinopolis, enthroned vis-a-vis on cuirasses in form of eagle, thrones with dotted backs, holding wreath inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX between them; below, palm frond set on ground; in field, R-V; in exergue, COMOB.
