Galba. AD 68-69. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.51 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck circa July AD 68-January AD 69. Laureate head right / Salus standing left, right foot on globe, holding rudder and sacrificing from patera over lighted and garlanded altar to left . RIC I 232; RSC 240. Iridescent tone, some faint hairlines, and a trace of die rust on obverse. Good VF. Wonderful portrait.
