IONIA, Ephesos. Circa 325-320 BC. AR Hemidrachm (11mm, 1.61 g, 12h). Amophoteros, magistrate. Bee / Quadripartite incuse square divided by thick bands; [A]MΦOTEPOΣ on horizontal band. Pixodarus p. 196; SNG Kayhan 1264–80 var. (magistrate); SNG Copenhagen –. Toned, some porosity. VF. Very rare hemidrachm with this magistrate, only two noted by Kinns in Pixodarus, both in museums (Athens and Paris), one in CoinArchives.
