An INCREDIBLY RARE example this attractive, just two have been certified finer in the PCGS census. Compare to a PCGS MS-64, which realized a hammer of $8,000 in our spring 2019 Hong Kong auction, having previously realized $12,000 [!] in our spring 2013 Hong Kong auction.
