CHINA. Qing (Ch'ing) Dynasty. 1000 Cash, ND (March-August 1854). Board of Revenue Mint. Emperor Xianfeng (Wenzong). Graded "45" by GBCA.
Hartill-22.715. Weight: 71 gms. Fou bao, protruding head boo. "Xian Feng yuan bao"; Reverse: "Dang qian" (Value One Thousand). A well made example with many hit marks, edge bumps and abrasions. The naturally rough surfaces are somewhat smooth in a few areas from wear, but still retain their natural texture. Minor earthen deposits are noted amongst the devices and crevasses. Overall a decent example with attractive brown and red colored patina.
Estimate: $1000.00- $1500.00
