A full brockage on the dragon side which circulated for some time. The brockage has obliterated the mintmark, preventing us from ascertaining a definitive attribution, but based on style does appear to be an issue from Hupeh (CL-HP.59). The "Environmental Damage" on the holder is a few spots of verdigris. An interesting issue with lots of character sure to see spirited bidding.
