L&M-345; K-145; KM-Y-238; WS-0737. Narrow faced dragon. The V in "PROVINCE" may be an inverted "A" and appears to be the same letter punch at the second "A" of "Candareens", but is too filled in to say definitively. Cleaning is more evident on the character side, now lightly tone and presentable.
