Somewhat of a weak overdate, but with clear diagnostics such as a spur on the left hand side of the base of the last digit and portions of the oblique downward stroke of the "2" on the inside curvature of the "3". A well struck example with signs of handling consistent for the grade with signs of handling consistent for the grade with light attractive tone.
