Medals of the Rattanakosin Era-not listed. Struck to commemorate the first coronation of King Vajiravudh (Rama VI). Obverse: Military bust of King Vajiravudh facing left, legend around; Reverse: Four line inscription. A well struck and attractive survivor displaying lovely rich mottled patina. The noted mount removal as stated on the PCGS insert is obscured by the gasket. Otherwise and wholesome example sure to excite the specialist.
