Cyprus Jewish Joint 1946 1 Shilling (type 2 ) Specimen in UNC Grade . Very Rare Note !!
In Cyprus two seris of notes were printed. On both on the top printed
"American Joint Distribution Committee (JDC)" and 1,2, and 5 shilings in the middle. In the first seris "Good for Purchase in the canteens in Cyprus or for exchange for cash in Jerusalem". In the second seris because of british objection it was changed for "Good for purchase in the Canteens"
