AV•K•M•AVP•KΛAVΔION, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right; I (mark of value) to right, c/m: eagle with head to left, holding wreath in beak; within circular incuse punch / CAΓAΛACCЄON, Hercules standing left, about to strike Hydra with club; I (mark of value) to right. SNG France 1857 var. (no mark of value on obv.); SNG von Aulock 5203 var. (same); for c/m: Howgego 335. 20.89g, 35mm, 11h.

Good Very Fine; some flatness to rev. from c/m; cleaned, smoothed, lightly tooled, with earthen repatination.
