George V gold Sovereign 1926-M MS64 PCGS, Melbourne mint, KM29, S-3999. A few softer areas to the highpoints; an otherwise choice piece with a delicate gleam to the surfaces serving to illuminate the deeply-struck devices. Hardly ever encountered this well-preserved, the last of this type we handled that even came close was graded MS63 and realized $1,150 in our January 2017 auction.
