Victoria gold 1/2 Sovereign 1899 MS65 NGC, KM784. Tied with just one other example for the highest graded by either NGC or PCGS. Boldly struck up leaving pronounced edge dentils framing the lustrous centers, the planchet a uniform sand-yellow color and the surfaces free from bagmarks. An elite example of this late Victorian type.
