First date for this series and usually encountered in specimen or proof forms as issued examples remain very scarce and are often heavily circulated. VG/Fine with minor edge splits in the margins, scattered ink stains; two punch out cancellations are located at the upper left corner, ink colors are faded but the design remains fully visible with even some embossing still showing.
