Obverse with clasped hands in front of Liberty-capped caduceus and crossed sword and palm branch within legend LIBERTAD * GLORIA / UNION * COMERCIO with five-point star in olive leaves at top; reverse with AL GENERAL BELZU between olive branches (above and below) within legend EL DEPARTAMENTO DE POTOSI, small date at bottom; reeded edge. Bright mint luster with tiny spots of toning, slightly weak center on reverse due to high relief of clasped hands on other side. NGC #5846728-010.
