Obverse with clasped hands in front of Liberty-capped caduceus and crossed sword and palm branch within legend LIBERTAD * GLORIA / UNION * COMERCIO with five-point star in olive leaves at top; reverse with AL GENERAL BELZU between olive branches (above and below) within legend EL DEPARTAMENTO DE POTOSI, small date at bottom; reeded edge. Light, patchy multicolored toning over subdued luster. The difference between this coin and Fonrobert-9549 is that this is medal axis. PCGS #32915148. Pedigreed to the Whittier collection.
