The 1859 taler is UNC with hairlines while the 1862 taler is AU with surface hairlines. The 1859 taler is pedigreed to the H. P. R. Frey auction of September 24-25, 1954, lot #389; the 1862 taler was purchased in a 1 kilogram coin lot from Felix Chruszcz on November 29, 1952; both with collector's envelopes.
