Obverse with angel flying right above clouds, her right hand holding horn with banner reading XX / BOLIVIA and her left hand holding wreath encircling XX / EL JRAL / BELZU, all within legend EL DEPARTAMENTO DE POTOSI EN 1852; reverse with radiant temple inside legend AL SER SUPREMO QUE SALVO A BOLIVIA with EN 6. DE STBRE / DE 1850/2. in exergue (label calls the reverse unlisted because the overdate is weak). Lightly toned over muted luster, nice strike except for slight central weakness and die-cracks on reverse. PCGS #32915186. Pedigreed to the Whittier collection.
