Obverse with standing angel placing wreath on bust off Belzu on pedestal inside legend POTOSI AL YLUSTRE JEFE DE BOLIVIA; reverse with condor atop Cerro de Potosi inside wreath and legend 24 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1853. Muted luster with faint toning, minimal high-point wear. PCGS #32913686. Pedigreed to the Whittier collection.
