Obverse with condor with olive branch in beak under arc of nine stars above sun-and-mountain Bolivian arms within legend RECUERDO DEL PUEBLO POTOSINO with rosette at bottom; reverse with angel in clouds placing wreath on bust of Cordova on pedestal at left within legend AL NATALICIO DEL JEFE SUPREMO. 1857. The fourth star from left is boldly punched over a lower star. Bold strike with light toning over luster, very light high-point wear. PCGS #32906269. Pedigreed to the Whittier collection.
