Cuba, off-metal pattern for gold 100 pesos in brass, 1977, Carlos Manuel de Cespedes, rare, ex-Rudman. KM-TS5. 8.34 grams. Mint State with much original brass color and luster but some spottiness, stamped LATON (brass) in field on reverse, desirable as among the first coin strikings from the Havana mint. Pedigreed to the Isaac Rudman numismatic cabinet.
