Watch List notes:

San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic, brass 2 reales token, no date (late 1800s to early 1900s), Ingenio Cristobal Colon. Rulau-unl. 4.04 grams. Obverse with INGENIO CRISTOBAL COLON around central hole above denomination 2, counter-stamped on that side with a large 2 and a small 3, AU with minimal marks and lovely rainbow toning. Ingenio Cristobal Colon still operates today under the CAEI consortium and produces sugar for, among others, Bacardi in Puerto Rico.
