Cr-433/1; Syd-906a. Obverse: Head of Libertas right; Reverse: The consul L. Junius Brutus advancing left between two lictors, each carrying axe over shoulder, and preceded by an accensus. Pleasingly toned with some scattered brilliance, this attractive piece was issued a decade before Brutus took part in the assassination of Julius Caesar.
