IC-XC Christ nimbate seated facing on backless throne, wearing tunic and colobium, raising right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in left; ΔΣ ✶ sigla flanking the throne. Rev. ΘEOΔΩPOC ΔEΠ-OTIC O AΓIOC ΔIMIT On the left, Theodore Komnenos-Doukas, crowned, wearing imperial robes and holding scepter in his right hand and with his left, anexikakia; on the right, St. Demetrius, who is holding a sheathed sword pointed downwards, crowns Theodore.
