Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla right vis-à-vis draped bust of Julia Domna left / Serapis, raising hand and holding scepter, standing left within tetrastyle temple; clipeus(?) in pediment, Є (mark of value) to left of temple. H&J, Marcianopolis, 6.19.46.4; Varbanov 1049 var. (obv. legend). Dark green patina with spot of red encrustation and pitting on reverse, some light roughness and smoothing. VF.
