Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ Sestertius (34mm, 26.28 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck circa late AD 120-121. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / LIBERAL IT AS AVG III, S C in exergue, Hadrian seated left on platform between an officer and an attendant holding an abacus; to left, citizen standing right on the ground holding out fold of toga. RIC II.3 420; Banti 497. Brown and patina, brassy highlights, a few scratches on obverse, minor smoothing. VF.
