Russia Medal 1945 The medal "For the Capture of Vienna" is made of brass and has the shape of a regular circle with a diameter of 32 mm. On the front side of the coin: in the center is the inscription "TAKING A VENA" at the top there is a five-pointed star at the bottom there is a laurel branch. The front side of the coin is bordered by a side. On the reverse side of the coin the date of the capture of Vienna: "April 13 1945" above the date is a five-pointed star. All inscriptions and images on the medal are convex. The medal with the help of an eye and a ring is connected to a pentagonal block covered with a blue silk moire ribbon 24 mm wide. In the middle of the tape is a blue strip 8 mm wide.
