Russia Medal 1962-1968 MOOP of the Union republics Type 4 Lithuania. Medals of the fourth type were awarded from August 8 1962 to 1968. The appearance of medals of the fourth type is associated with the renaming of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the Ministry of Public Order Protection (MOOP). On the reverse in the center there is a three-line inscription "FOR 20 YEARS OF AN IMMEDIATE SERVICE". In the lower part of the reverse around the circumference there is an inscription indicating the Ministry of Internal Affairs of one of the 15 Union Republics. In the upper part of the reverse was a small five-pointed star.
