Dark brown on olive and light brown featuring a portrait of Heinrich Friedrich Karl Reichsfreiherr vom und zum Stein (or Baron vom Stein), a Prussian statesmen who introduced the Prussian reforms paving the way for the unification of Germany, at right and as watermark. The reverse with a corn sheaf.
