BULL • IN • CAMBRIDGE, *T F* in centre (Cooper [1845] pp. 542; Babington 29; Searle 27; Boyne & Williamson 45; SCBI Norweb I, 417; Dickinson, Cambs 45), loss of surface patination to high points, otherwise very fine, scarce.

Thomas Fox was born Halifax, West Yorkshire about the year 1607. Removed to Cambridge, he was made a freeman of the town in 1638, and a selectman member of the church between 1658 and 1675. At a meeting of the selectmen on 12 November 1666, 'Thomas Fox is ordered to look to the youth, in time of public worship, until the next monthly meeting; and to inform against such as he find disorderly.'. He died in the 86th year of his age about 25 April 1693, and was laid to rest at the Old Burying Ground, Cambridge.
