SILK ROAD, Uncertain. Circa 3rd-4th centuries AD. AV Bracteate (18.5mm, 1.52 g, 12h). Imitating a late Antonine or early Severan Rome mint aureus. IYIIHYHII IIΛYAIYII, bareheaded and draped bust left, wearing necklace with medallion / Incuse of obverse. Sergeev –; cf. Triton XI, lot 384 (for type, but without necklace). Bright surfaces, traces of deposits, light cleaning marks. VF. Holed twice for suspension.
